450 recruitment assignments per year make us one of the Nordic region’s leading Executive Search companies. Most of our work comes from long-term customers and their recommendations to others. Our aim is always to be a long-term partner in building successful businesses.

Since 1996 K2 Search has helped companies throughout the Nordic region to exceed their business goals through qualified Executive Search, Interim Management and Leadership Assessment at senior and middle management levels. In every situation, we strive to challenge our customers in order to be able to supply the expertise and personality that is best equipped to take the company towards and beyond its goals. We do this through a qualified recruitment process, extensive industry knowledge and personal experience of senior management positions. Since August 2007, K2 Search has been part of Wise Group AB, which is listed on NASDAQ OMX Nordic Small Cap.

Our core business is and will continue to be the recruitment of great leaders. Identifying and establishing contact with potential leaders has never been as easy as in today’s connected society. But making a qualitative and in-depth analysis of the role and organization in question, evaluating and executing a competence-based selection of relevant candidates and anticipating their future performance in the role, is much more difficult. We rely on our solid recruitment experience, on validated research and on our powerful testing tools, to continue doing what we do best: discovering great leaders.
