As a Business Unit Manager, Installation, you’re part of the Executive management team of the Danish company and responsible for the commercial and operational success of the Business Unit. This includes P&L responsibility, managing a professional organization delivering vital parts of a building infrastructure and working towards and together with developers, architects, consultants and construction companies. The organization is responsible for both project sales as well as implementation/installation through own team of project managers and subcontractors. Your role will be very varied, and you will lead the development focusing on both strategic and operational excellence and on taking the organization to the next level.
We expect that you have a great business acumen and experience from managing an organization of both sales and operation/project management in the construction business.
The targeted candidate is active and self-going, has a high-energy level and is pragmatic and hands-on with readiness to go the extra mile. It is important that the person is a modern leader with organizational and motivational skills for future development of the company, the team and her-/himself. S/he has own opinions to give valuable input to develop the business and is open minded.
As mentioned, the person in question also has a good sales/commercial orientation with focus on and experience from improving and developing the operational performance of the business.
The ideal candidate can work with different stakeholders and collaborate to achieve the desired results. It is important that s/he has good communication and presentation skills. The person should also have an international mindset.
