Sales Manager Sweden & Norway

The role as Sales Manager will be an important part in developing and building the Nordic business and reflects the increased demand for our client’s product and service portfolio. The Sales Manager will support and develop the sales teams guided by the company´s objectives and strategies to facilitate the companies’ growth and development of the sales teams. You will work closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives as well as individual targets. The company’s products, which are developed and produced in their own factories, is innovative and environmentally friendly. The company group culture is to live the mission, values and ambitions every day.

As Sales Manager you manage, develop, support and mentor the team of sales people with the aim of achieving the agreed sales targets set annually, as well your own sales. In this role you will be a major contributor taking the business to the next level, and you are responsible for recruiting new staff as well as the overall team budget. The position is based in Uppsala, but other geographical areas can be discussed. You report to the Managing Director Northern Europe.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and track record in sales
  • Experience of business and sales development
  • Familiar with/experience from development of business through key accounts, partners and distributors spread out geographically
  • Understanding and experience of direct sales as well as well as sales through key accounts and distributors
  • Budget and sales responsibility with proven track record
  • Desirables: Automotive industry and/or OEM sales experience/knowledge
