Head of Human Resources - iZettle

As the Head of HR at iZettle you will partner closely with the iZettle leadership and their teams to enable business outcomes through the development and execution of iZettle’s Global People Strategy. Furthermore you will be responsible for shaping and championing the HR agenda across the organisation, from design to implementation. To do so, you will lead a Global HR function of 15+ professionals including, HR Operations, Business Partners and Talent Acquisition. Supporting and developing the iZettle Culture will be done in close cooperation with the Communications team at iZettle. Finally you will be responsible for the continued development of leadership capability and capacity for senior executives and will deliver tailored programs to do so. The role is based in Stockholm.

  • Authentic with impeccable integrity, whose personal and professional values are consistent with our company values and leadership expectations
  • Passionate people manager, with the ability to drive excellence and promote team cohesion with personable demeanour 
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and build strong trust-based, collaborative relationships with all levels of managers and employees

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of HR Generalist experience in roles of progressively increasing scope and in matrixed, high-growth, organizations
  • Experience in a high profile, strategic HR role with heavy executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence
  • Significant depth in Organizational Development, Learning, Facilitation, Executive Recruiting and Employee Relations is desired
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is required with a preference for an advanced degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
